Spent the weekend at my boyfriend's house, and didn't do so hot with the diet. Drank too much arbor mist, ate too many high fat foods. Didn't exercise AT ALL. Stupid red arrows :( I have to find a solution to this. I spend every weekend at his house, and I can't be having red arrows every weekend. Not cool.
