Happy happy Tuesday...

Just finished another fantastic workout in zwift...I decided today to try and do less elevation...my upper thighs are crying from 3 days of riding...trying to get back in habit of riding more....whether it’s hill day or just a flat stretch...all ride count...all miles count......

Yesterday’s birthday was nice...still got cookies left...sister gave me an Amazon gift card..and a walmart gift card...then I got a 5.00 gift card from local restaurant here in town....all in all good day...

Yesterday’s weather...with wind chill...did not want to go to walmart...but after it was over and we was back home...glad it’s over for a week.....next 3days in the 50s....in the 50s...a teaser to make you wish for warmer weather...

Not sure what rest of day holds for sure...as long as I get my ride/workout done on zwift...that’s the best way to start my day....

Time to prep for tomorrow’s ride....
