I am not sure why I went up almost a pound but I am seeing great things with my body already.
ONE week and I still feel very posative about this. I am soar. I am working out with the team today and right now I am having a hard time walking. I will do it though. Can't wait until 3pm.

Need to drink more water! I haven't been soar yet and we've been working out pretty hard. Oh, I also went back up a pound overnight. Disappointing I know but remember it's just the first week:) YOUR DOING GREAT!!!

Thanks. I think you are right more water. I have been drinking alot but maybe not enough. I am shocked at my calorie intake the last two days. So low I had to double check that I missed something. :)
