Great day- food wise. I kept my calories way down but stil feel great. I think the Jillian Micheals shake is a keeper. Tasted good and I didn't feel staved after. I did eat with some carrots but still not bad at all.

Dinner was a disapointment. I hardly ate any of it, but I get a smoothie soon and then a nice rest.

Working out with the team after work, can't wait.
