Today is a better day. I will push myself to walk for 30 min on lunch today at a slow pace. I am eating better today with a determined outlook.

yes, I walked quite a bit today.... approximately 1 hour at a moderate pace. Hope to continue this momentum. Not eating as much as I should but I should soon get that in gear too.
