I have yet to go grocery shopping yet so much of what I am eating is from the holidays (left overs and such). I have terrible guilt about wasting food. My primary goal for this weekend... which I work... is o take inventory of what I have that can be useful in my weight loss and "donate" that which is not. I will begin my workout on my lunch breaks this weekend by walking for thirty minutes.... a mile on the basement walking track at work. On my days off, it is my goal to exercise on my WII fit for thirty minutes.
Im confident I can keep this up. Realistically, the only drawbacks I can see is: fatigue during menstration and co-workers ordering food. But with my willful determination to get this fat off, I can achieve it. I want to be able to fly in an airplane comfortably without needing a seat extender or having my rump overlap in the adjoining seat.
Onward and upward to success.
