Good news- I have energy and feel full Bad news- too many carbs today.
It was my breakfast that did it but I ejoyed it alot. I am working out in the morning and will do better with carbs the next few days. Friday is weigh in day with the girls, can't wait to see how well we all did.
So far I am loving this idea- I just hope everyone else is too.
