Could not really calculate my dinner. I did the best I could. I think the calories are below what I put, but it was impossible to find what I ate--LOL. I bought a fresh swai fillet that was stuffed with fresh crabmeat (no stuffing). My hubby came home and cooked it for me in a pan of water--no butter. I looked up a recipe to get an idea for my calories and they use stuffing, butter and other stuff in their crabmeat stuffing (mine was pure crabmeat--no butter/stuffing/other things). They also cooked their fish in butter, where I didn't. They didn't have the nutrition info that was needed, but I used some of what they had and had to put 0 in sugars. All in all, I think I had more calories than usual, but less than what I put. The main thing--dinner was healthy. I was STARVED, so had swai fish. Swai and Salmon tends to fill me up more than other fish. Hubby put some mushrooms on top for something different tonight. Will now have my after dinner treat--a glass of wine.
