My mom,sisters and I joined the scale back Alabama program on Saturday. The goal is for each team member to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. We are competing with other team members in the state for cash prizes. We will weigh-in the 3rd week of March as a team. We are meeting weekly @ my mom's to weigh and exercise. My nieces and son's girlfriend have their own team so the fight is on to see if the old ladies can beat the young ones. We will see! One of the spokesman for the program is Roger from the biggest loser a couple of seasons ago.

Diet Calendar Entries for 15 January 2009:

wow!!! what a great way to be motivated to attend a meeting to see and hear one of the people from biggest loser...and to get ideas an tips at the same time...way to go on the loss you showed on the graph!!
