goooooooood monday morning...woke up an decided to take the day off from exercise...just didnt feel like doing it today...was just tired i guess...an listened to my body an layed in bed...so...no workout today less i get bored an get on the stationary bike an get a workout in later...got several errands to do today and gonna call the gym later an talk to them about joining again for a few months...or until it gets warmer outside...im gettin all excited about going again...cant wait...hope the feeling lasts...lol..well..gonna get up an make the bed ...get the day started again...soooooooo....have a great one everyone...

Well, I think you deserve a break today! Hope your holidays were great! I know you're cold there, but here in Florida, we are cold!!! We are not supposed to be cold!! Some Florida cities had snow flurries ~ yup! Snow flurries. Unreal! Enjoy your break and enjoy the day loosin.

i was watchin the news this morning...an alot of the states that havent seen snow in years an years..so guess....its winter huh...lol

Getting R.& R. is important as our bodies call out for a battery recharge every so often. I am lucky enough to get that "endorphine high" from cardio. From my understanding not everybody knows what the heck I am talking about and I feel sad for them because I can see how hard it would be to motivate myself to go to the gym if my body didn't thank me by saying, THANKS I NEEDED AND LIKED THAT!!!! Exercise has become an addictive thing to start my day. I hope you can work in a routine that works well for you and yes, losing can be fun:) TOWANDA!!!!!!
