This is a normal drop for me. Whenever I have started a new diet, I always lose up to 10 lbs of water initially. So I won't get excited yet. The good news is that I have had some relief from the edema that I suffer with. My ankles and knees are water-free. I'm doing something right...
306.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
