what better way to start a new challenge than with a 3 pound gain!8-/ i know what went wrong though, and i don't plan on repeating!8-)
153.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

507 kcal Fat: 10.44g | Prot: 43.62g | Carb: 63.81g.   Breakfast: Altern No Calorie Sweetener, grapefruit, 1% milk, corn flakes kelloggs, water. Lunch: hard boiled egg, water, Parmesan Cheese, broccoli, tomato, Italian Tender Lettuce Mix, turkey. more...
gaining 3.5 lb a week

next meal is a new start of gettin bck on track and gettin refocused!!!...a few days of eating right an exercising, an im sure that graph be headed bck down again!!
