So I've screwed up so bad this past week I haven't even recorded anything for the past day or two... I think I'll just start all over again on Sunday and start being a lot more strict with myself. I need to remember that although I may have already lost 11-12 kilos, I still have another 8 or 10 I need to lose... and I've mostly just been maintaining weight and not losing it... time to get back on track! :)
