Don't worry about weight I said, just exercise, eat healthy and try to do a good job at work, seems reasonable. So, why does a random spike in weight feel like my body is revolting against such a well though out plan? 🤔 No matter, slow and steady wins the race.... and it's not a race. 😊
143.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
