My Grandson turned Seven Months this weekend. We are blessed to baby sit him during the week. It's raining today so we can't take our daily walk. He usually helps Papa get his steps. Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and as planned I did not meet some activity goals. BF down 0.2% BW unchanged...
