Extremely slight, weight-loss but I guess I will celebrate every victory. No Ketone reading as I am out of strips. Life is great, Work is great, my sleep is poor.If I want to get anywhere quickly, I will need to plan a bit more because sleeping at 1am is detrimental in every single aspect. Going into the weekend I have zero cheating planned, if anything I will focus on ensuring that I am prepped properly for the week with all my food cooked and in containers. I plan to visit the gym at least 3 times. Will see how everything goes.
