Surprised with weight-loss - ketones at 0.3mmol/L surprisingly. I will treat yesterday as a cheat day not the end of the diet but I feel I learnt a lesson on food selection when going out. I have not finalised my weekly my targets yet all I know is where I would like to be by the 24th of December. My current calories intake is way too low, I need to add more veges and variety. Sleep over the last 3 days has been abysmal will try and rectify otherwise I will unnecessarily prolong my weight-loss journey.
301.8 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
