These past few weeks, since I began my journey of releasing what no longer serves me, have been so encouraging. Letting go of sugar and really paying attention to when and why I reached for it then taking the time to be in conversation with those needs and fulfill them in other more meaningful ways has made all the difference. It is allowing me to step into a truer version of myself where substitutions are not welcome. I want to thank GibJib for an honest account of emotions and eating as well as Acomandr for reaching out with such words of encouragement when embarking on this journey. It's a long road and I appreciate the company.
