So very very unhappy🤬🤯 waking up, for the third morning, between 4 and 4:30. Not good for my weight, my mood, or work Ugh. Every year I go through some version of this during season changes. Maddening

I get super restless when Autumn hits. Sleep is always kind of dicey for me but it gets so much worse during this time of year. I hope this gets better for you.

So sorry Br, I find that drinking a cup of green tea often helps me go back to sleep. 💛

Sorry about your sleep. This will pass. Have you tried listening to nature tape? Works for me.

You are all so great - thanks for the advice. We have definitely tried all of the above - though, Shir, I haven't tried the green tea way, but getting up and going to the bathroom is one of the problems I have, so I'd opt not to drink much after 8PM. Definitely lavender in the room right now, Erq1, love the smell, and it does calm, but my eyes just pop wide open and I am up. And Carol, definitely, pink noise is best for us. Atriel, I am glad to hear that someone else experiences some strange patterns during seasonal/time zone changes - another person I was telling this to looked at my like I had a third eye. Didn't seem unusual, especially since it has gone on for years. Ugh. Anyway, didn't mean to vent, but the scale sucked this AM, and I think this lack of sleep is causing it. Thanks again.

Mary Ruth’s Liquid Nighttime Multimineral has really made a difference for us and some friends. We do lots of these other suggestions too (diffuse essential oils, no eating after 6:30 pm, no electronics after 8 pm) which helped but adding Mary Ruth’s must’ve given us just the right combination to create real change in our sleep. Wishing you the best, sleep is so critical to wellness.

Doing the same these days on vacation! 🙄 So quiet here in the country / strange bed etc. A sleep study years ago told me to set up a before bed routine. Good luck man! 😇

ha, sure Erq, good point. And thanks, Milissa - I see the mixture, it looks like it has tons of calming ingredients. We actually take both CBD and melatonin, helps some, but also looking at some "recreational tinctures/drops" and edibles that my buddy swears by for sleep. we shall see. and 60 pack - i definitely have a ritual, as does my wife - we just can't seem to remain asleep. oh well. thanks again everyone!

Sleep is so important. I feel with you. The more we worry about sleeping, the more the anxiety (increased Cortisol fight or flight hormone)

yeah bebe, i do go earlier but it doesn't open as early as i am getting up ... just really really hoping it passes soon. and sross, is that a sleep well equivalent? i do take sleep well - it's just not keeping me asleep. and i think, ruth, you are right, i get a little anxious about the night when this starts happening. thanks all for your support.
