sautéed spinach and chicken tenderloins. tossed the cucumber on there as an afterthought. trying to clear the fridge before the end of the week comes around and start using what's in there. a little balsamic and brushed the chicken with pesto. good tasting and took fairly little time. great thing about the tenderloins is that I can literally toss them in the air fryer frozen, cook for twelve minutes and then figure out what I'm making a little later.
