I am being pretty strict on my diet lately. I am shooting for 2400-2600 calories (which is much harder than I thought) with ~125g carb/100g fat and the rest protein. I'm, hopefully, finalizing this "cutting" phase to work on building again once the holidays get into full swing. I'm hoping for a close-to-Thanksgiving date for my short-term goal but it will probably be closer to Christmas. In any case things are going well.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
