A little rain in Lakeside. Staying in this weekend and binge watching Married at first sight. Hubby is playing golf. I have been walking on treadmill 45 mins per day amd my right hip flexor is beginning to hurt after about 15 mins, so Im going to give it a rest and I ordered some copper fit support gear. I hope that helps. Im a hospital worker so I have been wearing support hose all of my career I know they really help. I'll see if this does. Should be coming this week. Happy Labor Day! 193.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
