So grateful - Alive day 989 and had my first night back to the gym. Being trapped at home was evident in my run time but I felt good everywhere else. I was able to get a full - solid workout in. I have a Dr Appointment today so I will see how things are going on the medical side of the house. It has been an adventure for sure and I am very appreciative of the support and thoughts from the folks on this sight. It has also been good to have my wife as my copilot and being able to stay in contact with my boys. I hope that you all find a way to navigate this unusual set of circumstances that we are all in with grace and dignity. Picture is last part of the workout with 3 sets of 10 reps @340#.
