As I've mentioned before...I hate to cook, but it has become a necessary evil if I want to eat healthy and affordably (sp?). One of my favorite go to meals is Salsa Chicken...recipe as follows.
1 pack of skinless/boneless chicken breasts or you can get chicken tenders
1 jar of salsa
Clean chicken, remove any visible fat, salt/pepper or Ms Dash the chicken, place in a oven safe cooking dish cover chicken with jar of salsa then cover dish with foil.
Cook on 375-400 degrees for 25-35 mins. Enjoy :)
Chicken comes out tender and full of flavor, I usually divide it up immediately into small tupperware dishes so I can just grab it and heat it up. Tastes yummy in a salad...because of the salsa you won't need dressing.
