How does the turkey version taste compared to beef?

I like the turkey version. I'm not big on substitutes for some things like turkey, chicken or veggie burgers....I prefer the taste & texture of real beef. But, like I said I like these.

I try to eat more poultry and seafood bc they’re lower in calories, so I’ll keep an eye out for these. Thanks❣️
