Thanks. It was lovely. I ended up freezing the other portions for later. Five days of salmon in a row would be a lot.

That would be a lot lol 😂 I love salmon, but as delicious as it is, I cannot do it twice in a week anymore.

Exactly! It’s such a wonderful meal! The flavor is strong and so delicious. I love it, but I over did it at first and actually was turned off a bit.

I did figure out that giving it a light spray of olive oil let me cook it in the air fryer without drying it out and made the skin nice and crispy. The first time i tried it, it got a little dry. Always good to learn new things. 😝
