I made Crack Chicken in the Instant Pot. It’s over my calorie budget but hey, gotta live a little.

And yes I did put a good amount of black paper on it. 😃

I splurged tonight on an ancient childhood favorite— bread pudding with whiskey sauce. Just putting the fork in your mouth sends a person over whatever their calorie limit is. No idea what the count actually is, because I don’t have a recipe and I’m not about to be truthful about what’s in it. It is baking as I write. I make it maybe twice a year, at least once at Christmas. It’s all about portion control..

enjoy you treat, I do the same thing with my Mac and cheese 2 times a year, im not going to feel guilty.

acomandr, I log it as 650 but I don’t think that’s correct. It’s higher I think.
