I only drank diet soda in the past, but now I don't drink it at all. Went to the movies on Monday and had a small popcorn and water. Surprised that it worked well together.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
