Last week I was sick, so my weekly caloric intake dropped. I made the choice to go right back to my normal calories for this week and gained some weight quickly. Not a bad thing, but it got me thinking...

A couple years ago, we used to have community discussions based on science here on FS (besides CICO).

Im gonna resurrect one of our old topics in the hopes that someone might benefit. I'll put it up in a second for all to read, comment, and share your own experiences! ❤
