Good morning all. It's Tuesday! Oops it's Wednesday! Today is the day that the Lord hath made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. God is so good...All the time!!! Well, I tried to make whipcream with Splenda last night for dinner. Trick is that I had to have enough whipping cream in the bowl to do something with it. I used 1/2 cup of whipping cream and 2 teaspoons of Splenda. It made a little over a cup. That was my dessert after dinner last night. I think I may have over endulged. It did taste really good. But nothing tastes better than thin. I look at all of the cookbooks on this site and wish I was a better cook. Oh well, nothing ventured nothing gained. I will try again. We Can Do It!!!!!

LOVE YOUR POST! SO happy that yours was the firs I read this morning. Thanks for being positive and for exalting the Lord, sis! You know, when you figure out a way to sweeten that whipped cream just right, please let me know! I am on the same mission. LOL The whipped cream I made to top my Low Carb Pound Cake was blah to say in the least... HONK HONK HONK! Evie
