I went to see some old friends and family. I've stuck to not telling anyone because of all the times I've tried and not stuck it out. I've never been told by so many people how great I look and they can see I've lost a lot of weight. It made me feel so good and more determined to stick it out. I've tried so many diets and fads but this is the first time I've ever actually tracked my calories. I was either eating to much or way to little. This time feels different. I don't feel like I'm starving and sometimes feel it's to much from growing up thinking I have to starve to lose weight. Cico is working for me and is by far the easiest to stick to. I'm excited for what the future holds!

Wow! That is just super! Congratulations on doing so well and making such a wonderful commitment to your health. I honestly didn't think I could reach my goal weight when I started, but this app made all the difference for me! Those around you noticing and encouraging is fantastic!!!! Great job; for me, the two main methods to lose weight and not to starve yourself are: Stick into a high protein diet and a caloric deficit. Counting your calories is important to lose weight. Additionally, you can eat a high protein meal can help you to feel full longer, and I recommended to eat a high fiber, which makes you make full and satisfied. If you interested, Greg Doucette made a great example of high protein pancakes as a low calorie meal. Also, he is a Youtuber.

Great job, Erin! Sounds like you are figuring it out and it is so nice to have hard work noticed. It can really help you stay determined-as you said. CICO is so easy once you get the hang of it. Actually- there isn't anything to get the hang of. Count your calories and enjoy. 💕👍🏼

Yep. After years of on and off low carb, I am doing CISCO and intermediate fasting (to save my calories for evening). It has never been easier to lose weight for me and it feels so good to have nothing off limits if I save the calories for it. Most days I eat healthy, because it feels great and I am stuffed when I do. Congrats.
