Went for an evening hike last night at Lamoille Canyon, Nv . It was beautiful! Bonus! Woke up this morning and weight is down to 134.4!

@moo, we have seen so many beautiful sights this trip!
I tweaked my shoulder blade muscle about a week ago and it's pretty painful but not letting that stop me from doing what I can do..(hiking n biking) don't want to miss out on this country's beautiful sights!🚴🚵🚶🏃🏜️🗻🏞️🌄🌌

Gyms are open in Vegas but hanging by a thread. Our Governor is threatening to close them and salons.
