Exercise: Slow running at least 4x/week. Once a week swim laps. Elliptical and rower.

Currently working on regulating my sodium intake as during this process I've discovered that is my weakness.


I started this because I gained an extra 5 pounds during quarantine - which was crazy to me since I've weighed 140 my whole adult life. I have never intentionally dieted like this before, so this is totally new to me. I've found the journaling and daily regimens to be cleansing and therapeutic - it helps keep my mind off the news which has been a source of daily stress. Maybe it is also because here I have this one thing I can (kind of) control in the world - which is empowering.
