Oven cooked Pork chop, saurkraut, garlic baby gold potatoes, sour cream & sliced tomato.

Hmm. I've never had sauerkraut with pork chops. I always reach for applesauce. I think I'd like to try that though.

How do you cook the pork chop and sauerkraut in the oven. It looks like a must have dinner!

Gma, I browned the chops in an iron skillet in 1 tbsp of EVOO, added the saurkraut and baked at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
