LOOSINISFUN ???....well at one time it was fun...back when i first started workin off the weight it was fun..but back then i was bigger and the weight had been accumulating for several years and i ate stuff that now when i have a taste for it...it just doesnt taste the same..guess its a different set of taste buds...over the last 4 years...well another year is starting but its more like 3.5 years...the 80+ pounds i first lost...has pretty well stayed off...yes i did gain some of it back last year because i slacked over the winter months and gave into to many temptations...but im still chuggin along taking it one meal at a time to do the best i can...looking back each morning at what i thought i had to have the day before to satisfy what my body thought it needed for that day...for me it took me along time to listen to my body...your body knows when it needs a food..or when its tired from the exercise...you need to listen...and if your tired...get rest...this morning i went for my morning walk...i was awake before the alarm clock went off ..well...7 minutes before it went off...lol...but shut it off got up ...ate breakfast..got layered up...sock hat an gloves...temps this morning...37...with a wind chill of 29...yes that first step out into it was a eye opener...tomow it will be worse...or so they say...and once i got past a couple of blocks...i was into my walking zone...and didnt even notice anything except no one else was out walking today..hmmm...guess they dont enjoy them morning walks like i do...i enjoyed it so much i already did 10,228 in steps or 4.66 miles already..most days i only do 2.6 miles for a morning walk...but today i was in my walking zone an thinkin how far i have come so far and how its become who i am...its no longer about what the scales say...its about how i feel when i see old friends that use to see me when i was a bigger person and they go on an on about how well i look and what my secret is...there are no secrets to workin the weight off...no magic pills, no magic exercise...no magic exercise equipment...its all about eating the best you can an then exercising to work off the calories you take in that day...no easy fix...to bad...id be one of the first ...if there was an easy fix...so ...its just another day...another day of doing the best i can for my body...to challenge it...to keep up an moving thru out the day...have a great day everyone...an oh yeah.....GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNIN....


MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE: WALK,WALK,WALK...KEEP THE BODY UP & MOVING...!!!!!
4. KEEP THE CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
5. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE
6. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
7. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
8. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

How right you are. There is no easy fix. Just hard work and perserverance and you seem to have a handle on both of them. As usual you have awesome affirmations.
