well I tried to do it again today with the steps. I was proud of my 6558
well today was a humid morning and getting warm quick so I made it to 2579
Im hoping once it cools down this evening I will strike it again. :) feeling a little better today.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
