Had another good diciplined day yesterday. I resisted the urge to snack and add to my lunch yesterday. Worked out at night but found myself low on sugar had to leave early to eat. Ended up eating a couple of bananas and cereal to get to a happy place. I think this may have happened because we only had soup for dinner? Anyway showed weight loss today so no worries yet.
230.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
