🙄😐😋😊 Up 2 lbs. this morning. I don't think I over ate, but there it is. It's funny that I had given myself permission to choose anything on the menu I wanted for lunch yesterday & I still chose a salad. It sounded better than anything else...and did not dissapoint. Feta, avocado and other goodies topped with Salmon. Yum, how could they go wrong. Since lunch was quite filling we decided to go light for dinner. I made BLT'S & chicken noodle soup. I DID eat a slice of carrot cake after...but it was a small slice.

I took a short walk up the block while Hubby was in getting his Drivers License renewed & we had a short walk around to a couple of shops after lunch but no walk at home due to more rain. I did manage to get one in on Mon. afternoon .

I haven't been doing much gardening /yard work for the past week. Hurting my back (feeling fine now) & all the rain has kept me from it. Also this time of year there is mostly maintenance....watering, weeding etc. I did water the potted plants undercover and spray deer repellant this morning. The pesky deer got into the daylillies last night and made a meal of quite a few buds. 🙁

Gotta get dressed....going to Kroger pharmacy & Hubby wants to look for some steaks. Home Depot on the agenda....exciting afternoon planned 😉
145.2 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
