After at least 8 months, I finally got a haircut! I had to teach my partner how to cut hair. It came out pretty good though, I think. This is my Carona-doo!

He did well! Good thing I wasn't around. It would have been a disaster. Actually, you have good hair to begin with, anyway. Sorry, couldn't end the previous sentence with a preposition.

looking sharp man. I'm 4 weeks overdue. barbers back open just a scheduling issue. but even with a haircut can't compete here.

Looks good! Any good places we should stop in Idaho and Montana? Our plan is Ely,Nv, Twin Falls, Id, then Montana. Probably Missoula and maybe Glacier.

Diana, if I can jump in and suggest you drift north in Idaho before going east to Missoula. I spent much of my life on lake Pend Oreille. It is stunningly beautiful up there and many many rv parks and state parks. I lived in a little town call Hope. Hey 200 goes right from Sandpoint, ID around the lake and then a direct shot southeast to Missoula, where I have been many times. It is a beautiful road! Anyway, I just happen to think the lake is on eof the most beautiful and interesting lakes in the world!!!

And that is Hwy 200*😊 because I got started... The lake is 140 square miles and about 1200 ft deep. They used to do military sub testing there from the base on the southern end. I haven't been back for years, but I would so love to return for a visit! I got married in a tiny church right on the lake shore!

Hi, Diana! Two hours south of Ely is a cool place called Cathedral Gorge State Park. It's the site of an ancient lake that has long since dried up, but left behind silt, which eroded over time into fantastic siltstone towers. It's not a huge place, so you can see it all in one day. If you haven't seen it yet, I highly, highly recommend Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve in southern Idaho. It's an ancient lava field, and it's fantastic! Due to continental drift, the same hot spot that is now Yellowstone created Craters of the Moon millions of years ago. It's also very close to where I'm camping right now. I also enjoyed hiking at the City of Rocks National Preserve which isn't too far from there. It's full of peculiar and interesting rock formations. When you're in Montana DEFINITELY don't miss Glacier National Park!!! It's spectacularly beautiful! In my opinion, It's the most beautiful park in the lower 48, even better than Yosemite. If you're equipped for boondocking, you can camp at Glacier Rim, just outside of Columbia Falls and visit Glacier NP from there. Glacier Rim has free camping, and you might even see me there, because that's where we're headed. I haven't been where Melissa suggested yet, but I'm adding all of it to my bucket list, definitely. Thank you, Melissa!!! I hope this helped, Diana!

@lonnie, this is our 2nd trip to Montana etc. We stayed outside Glacier park last time. I have been to most places you suggested last time but thanks for tips and I will check out your website. @melissa, We love Idaho and spent time near Sandpoint last trip we took there. We stayed at Trout Creek which was relaxing and Joe did alot of fishing. Not much intown but it was fun and people were great! Whitefish Lake was great too. Also went to Flathead Lake, which was beautiful but very touristy..Can't wait to venture out!

You may not have the right barber, busjwanie, if you can't compete with my Carona-doo. This was only my partner's second attempt at cutting hair. The first time was years ago and was a complete disaster. It was such a disaster that I swore I'd never try it again, but I got desperate. On this attempt I provided step-by-step instructions, and the results were MUCH better, thank goodness. Let me know if you want me to call your barber with the same instructions! 😆
