Excellent progress Charmy!! I see you switched from Atkins to your own diet too like I did and recorded your beginning weight like I did too so you have the true results on your profile. Great job. Don't you feel great?? 

Thanks girls, yes I feel great! Especially when you try on clothes that were too tight before and now they are loose :) 

Way to go!!! You sure have come a long way. Keep up the great work. You are so worth it my friend.:):)
