I'm a 38 year old single mother of one,Tired of being fat and feeling bad,Eating healthier and exercising and starting a life change goal to stay fit the rest of my hopefully long life!!

May of 2010 I weighed 297lbs and feeling real sick,I decided I needed a life change or I would be dead soon.

So I started dieting,wasn't working when I came across atkins it made sense,so I have been doing low carb ever since.

I have my ups and down,sometimes I go off track,or just don't exercise.

It's been rough over the holidays but I'm back on track,I can't even weigh myself knowing I put on the pounds,so upset with myself:(

January 2011 start weight 229lbs
Goal weight 150lbs by the end of 2011

Well,I'm 38 now,I had Gastric bypass October 22,2013
I'm feeling pretty good now after a very rough month!
I'm losing weight pretty fast! I'm getting excited!

Its Slowing down but still losing!
