Wrapping up another good day.

Exercise:
3 sets of dumbbell squat to shoulder press
3 sets of dumbbell curls

Would have done more but the weather allowed me to get in a 6.13 mile walk after work (It was supposed to rain all day, I lucked out)

I ate 41 calories less than yesterday 😆 but I ate 36.72 more carbs than yesterday 😳

Not worried a bit because I expect the scale to move in the right direction with a sub 1800 calorie day
