I have learned my lesson this week. The one piece of cake I had on Saturday cost me 4 days of hard work to get my body back into keto. I am proud of myself though for not giving up. I planned on my piece of birthday cake and after I had it I went right back to eating the appropriate foods I am allowed. I have spent a lot of time this week working on my exercise routine and am getting the hang of the balance ball. The first night I worked on the Stability ball I was laughing so hard at myself, and I was just very glad no one could see me as I fell off more than once :)

Good job getting back to it! It takes me about 4 days too after a slip-up. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Keep at it and you will reap all the benefits.
