It's May of 2011 and after almost 2 1/2 Years of learning to live a healthier life I finally made my goal!" I know we should always set a new goal and I have, it's going to be to maintain my healthier life style. I am pretty happy with the shape of my body and am not looking to drop too much more weight if any. It's been a journey to say the least. Oh and one more thing that came to mind after I posted this, I am a baker and I love to cook!! OMG Let me tell you, trying to lose weight and taste your food for quality control nearly made me crazy on some days. I would bake something just so delectable that I would want to sit down and have an entire serving on the spot, and this was something that could not be done when you are baking cookies, cakes, breads, etc on a daily basis. It took sheer will power to do it though and I am so thankful I proved myself to be strong enough to keep it under control and now that I know I can do it, it's not something I think will ever change :)

Hi, So this here is going to have to keep me in line. I have only five days until we go on our annual trip to Florida, and this year I didn't make my goal... Close but I just don't think it's going to happen. I have been out of state three times since the end of February and it's been hard to get all the exercise I needed plus having to eat almost every meal out did not help. Although I have not exactly gained weight (more like a yo-yo right now with the gaining and losing it again in between travels)I will just have to keep my goal and extend it a little longer. I started taking a few supplements for Omega 3's, and I have had some pretty crazy dreams. I am told that sometimes it could happen when taking Omega's but I didn't really think my dreams would be so clear. One night I woke up with a sharp pain in my foot because in my dream I had stepped on a wood chip, I reached down to try to rub the pain away and then asked my boyfriend why I could all of a sudden feel the physical aspects of my dreams. I think I was still partially asleep at this point though, and a few minutes later my daughter woke up and there was not one bit of pain at all.... Ok so I just thought it was a rather interesting side effect. Well I am just rambling in my journal which I have not kept up for awhile but think I need to find focus in order to obtain my goal and for me that means starting back at the beginning and seeing where I am going off track.
