I cant say I have fallen off the wagon but splurged allot more then I should. Mainly wine and too many cheat days! I still work out 5 times a week. I gotta get back on track and track every calorie.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
