I am Penny! Married mother of two! I am now in my 30's and in all honesty this depresses me...I would've been happy as could be sticking around in my 20's for a little bit longer but since that is not an option I am going to be a young at heart, healthy, happy, wife, mom and on most days SUPERWOMAN...all while looking good =-)

HCG Weight Loss Products Are Fraudulent Says FDA
A girl at work is doing this and she gave me the book to read and I read it and was totally FLOORED by how ANYONE would do this. I said the same thing, this has be the worst diet I have heard of! To limit your calories, your protein...everything is crazy! So you may lose weight in that 4-6 weeks but then when you can eat more you will just gain it back. I don't get it!

It is simple really...calories in vs. calories out! There is no "magic" pill out there to make ou drop weight, it is hard work and you have to dedicate yourself.
