Dinner is always a bit of a problem, as hardly any of the products I use, or recepies I know are on the list, so I have real trouble getting a match when I am looking for the food I actually ate, I made my own bolgnaise sauce - but with seitan,(protien) vegan of course, tomato frito, tinned chopped tomatoes, fresh paprika chopped, fresh red onion, fresh garlic, fresch chilli chopped, home grown minced spinach (Iron) and lots of spices, no sugar or salt ( the spices and herbs do the taste thing)
But I can find nothing like it online...
does any one else have this with thier own cooking?

yes but even then I struggle to find everything, and it then takes AGES to enter in, I think I'll just sort of wing it or guess in future...

Elizabeth, I go to cookbook which is under the community heading and submit all the ingredients for the recipe, state how many people it is for. You can write method but if you are not submitting it to be published on here (i.e. for your own use) then don't tick the box when you save. It will work out how many calories per portion if you are cooking large batch. It is time consuming at first but if you eat the same foods over, it saves time in the long term. Hope this helps

Gypsy Tart thats a good idea I'll try that, at least it'll give me a better idea - I may even change my cooking style! thanks for the tip!

Tedious as it is (and it is very tedious), if you make compound meals it behooves you to go ahead and create a recipe .
