The good news: Had my best home workout so far today and it felt great.
The bad news: Went grocery shopping and even though I tell my kids "just because I shopped, you don't need to eat it all in one day"- I have been eating it all in one day- a couple of these, a few of those... and still feel hungry.
The good/bad news: Had a most amazing nap this afternoon from 4p-6p- which is making me awake and typing on FS at 10:13 p.m. which is when I am usually sound asleep. The good news- All the laundry remains caught up since I can't do anything else on the weekends. The bad news- I need to put away 2 baskets worth right now. Good night all.

I'm trying to wrap my mind around Sophia in Stan's body.... 🤔

And yes, if the bag tears... it's a damn free for all!

Sometimes I'll be craving food later, and instead of taking it as "I need to eat" I gradually started appreciating that as my fat cells crying out because after they shrink, then they die, and I empathize with them, but also say, "good that means this fasting and controlling my calories is working!" LOL In my first week of fasting (I fast 16 hours a day for several years), it felt like my body was telling me I was about to starve and die LOL. It really helped me to understand WHAT the craving MEANS. Keep reading and watching star. Don't let your body scare, you just let it alert you. Peace

Princess, you can do this the right way and you can move out of the 180s for good. No one can do it for you, but you can do it because you are the one in control and you are a strong woman. So when you decide, really decide, you will do it. 💛

It’s the ‘a little of this and a little of that’ that does most of us in. 😞 I agree with Shir, but some days it’s just so darn hard!

Haha I want to be Sophia when I get older! My oldest will be Dorothy.

You're right peeper it is darn hard ( that's not exactly how I would usually express it 😁), and everything I just said to Princess applies to me too. I've been dragging around in the 230s for months.

COVID eating patterns helped me gain some lbs. Taking care of ourselves is hard; we need to have a few places with wiggle room. Keep treating yourself kindly.
