Well I have been on my diet for two weeks now and have lost 12lbs :) Although it's work, I find that each week that has passed it has got easier. I feel so much more energized now than I have ever felt in my life. I plan on staying on the induction phase for a few more weeks maybe even another month or so. I have a lot of weight to lose and since I am not missing my carbs much yet I figure I better continue breaking my addiction to them. I am happy, my children even seem happier.

That's really awesome! Good for you, and you WILL be amazed how much easier it gets to stay away from carbs. I thought I'd die without pasta everyday...turns out, I'm still here!

I'm so glad you wrote this and reminded me how great this diet is! I agree about staying on induction longer - the weight continues to come off a little faster than if you move into OWL. You are doing great!! And don't you love that found energy!
