Had a great weekend, Lots and lots of exercise. My oldest daughter is running cross country this year and let me tell you it's not only the runners getting their work outs. Us parents are getting just as much running from the start line to the half way point to the finish line to cheer our teams on. Three times we did this as each new race started!! My children and I are all exercising together doing lots of walking and bike riding. I tried out three recipes from the fat secret site yesterday and OMG they were all just fabulous. The spicey Cheesy Cauliflower was a hit and is a perfect food for reheating the next morning. YUM Yum :)

Awesome trying out new recipes! I wonder if that is my Spicy Cheesy Cauliflower recipe you tried. I made it this weekend and I added chopped jalapenos and bacon on top. Everyone loved it! :)

Hi Sararay, yes I do believe it was your recipe and I must say it was just wonderful. The bacon on top idea sounds really really good too!! Thanks for sharing such a great recipe.
